Replaced Radio Button On Primary Irrigation Source

1. The radio button on primary irrigation source has been replaced with multiselect

2. Show appropriate error when no source selected

3. Removed hard coded source.

 Dashboard Initial Login Fix

Fix for When we initially log into the supervisor and university administrator accounts. All KPIs, including Colleges, Papers Uploaded, and Subjects, have 0 values on the dashboard.

The IFSC code input field does not have any validation (teacher registration). Any value can be entered by the user.

Content Security Policy Patch: Solved the Content Security Policy error that was occuring while fetching bank details from entered IFSC code.
